Thames Inter College Management Quiz

Thames International College along with The Management Club organized “Thames Inter-College Management Quiz” on 27th and 28th of January, 2020. A two-day grand event was held at Thames Auditorium. There were a total of 19 teams from 15 different colleges who had participated in the event. KIST College, DAV College, Prime College, Public Youth Campus, Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, King’s College, Platinum Management College, Quest International College, Uniglobe College, Ace International Business School, Presidential Business School, Kathford International College of Engineering and Management, Kathmandu Model College, Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya College along with Thames International College had participated in the event.

Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya secured first position and KIST College secured the position for 1st runner-up. The neck to neck competition had fired enormous intensity inside the room where the winning team received a total prize of worth Rs.40000 (20000 cash + 20000 worth of gift hampers). The first runner up was rewarded with total prizes worth of Rs.10000 (5000 cash+ 5000 worth of gift hampers).

The event received strong support from different sponsors. The event established a platform for healthy competition, an opportunity to network and a space to incorporate extra curriculum apart from student’s academic course. The event aimed to encourage students to showcase their knowledge, more so to inspire them to compete through a positive approach. As the objectives of the event had been accomplished, The Management Club of Thames celebrated the last day of the successful program, the grand event ended with prize distribution, token of appreciation and acknowledgement to the sponsors.
