Cricket
Cricket enthusiasts in the BIM and BBA programs at Thames get the opportunity to participate in the BBA cup and the BIM cup which is organized by Tribhuvan University. To make the game more inclusive, Thames has organized an Intercollege Cup, the Thames Premier League. This year, eight colleges with bachelors and masters level players participated in the Thames Premier League.
Thames also organizes Box Cricket, a mini cricket game that includes a formal auction. Based on the profiles of the players in the college, managers will bid on a player to select them before the game officially starts, which is very exciting for both the viewers and the players of our game.
Intra-college Basketball
Thames International College organizes Intra-college Basketball tournaments. We also have the honor of one of our players, Shreya Khadka, currently enrolled in 8th semester of our BBA program, playing for the National Team which recently won the Women’s League in South Asia.
Intra-college Futsal
Games of futsal are becoming increasingly popular at Thames, which teams organizing Intra-college futsal tournaments on their own.
