Thames International College organized a grand event, Thames Premier League. The event was inducted from May 28th 2019 to 31st May 2019. The league was played by 8 different colleges where the participating colleges were: King's College, Ace institute of Management, KCMIT, The British College, Presidential College, Nami College, NCS and Thames International College. The league was held at Pulchowk Cricket Ground.
The match was divided into 3 segments in a day. The Winning Team was awarded with Gold medals, for the same runner up awarded with silver medals. An all-star super 11 in recognition to finest batsmen, bowlers and all-rounder players were also acknowledged. The Premier League ended with KCMIT bagging Gold Medal and Ace Institute of Management with Silver Medal.
Thames Cricket League was held with the objective to encourage the students to strike a balance between academic syllabus and extracurricular activities. It also sought to establish a networking platform between different colleges as well. The event concluded on a positive note where 31st May 2019 marked the end of a successful event promising to organize yet another league in the coming years.
