Keeping the spirit of Pride Month alive, Heart and Mind Hub and The Q Initiative hosted Community Connect: Pride Edition on June 27 — a heartfelt event that brought together students and faculty to explore the deeper meaning of happiness, honor powerful stories of resistance, and embrace the beauty of individuality.
True to its name, Community Connect created a safe and welcoming space where people could come together to celebrate pride, love, diversity, and identity. The event featured a series of interactive and reflective activities including "What's Your Story," "Take a Message," and "Paint and Feel," each designed to contemplate and encourage self-expression.
