Ishwari Bhattarai holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He teaches Sociology at Thames International College. Additionally, he works as a researcher at the Democracy Resource Center Nepal (DRCN) in Kathmandu, focusing on issues of federalism and sub-national governance in Nepal.
