Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) is conducted by the Faculty of Management at Tribhuvan University (TU).
CMAT is mandatory for each applicant of the following programs offered by Thames International College:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Management (BBM)
- Bachelor of Information Technology Management (BITM)
The test has four primary areas and each of these areas carry a 25% weightage. Students must secure a minimum of 40% in their CMAT, to apply for admissions to TU affiliated programs. The test includes the following sections:
- Verbal Ability
- Quantitative Ability
- Logical Reasoning
- General Awareness
Eligibility
- Minimum of grade D in theory and grade C in practical examination in each subject with CGPA 1.8 or more in grade 11 and 12
- Minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL or Equivalent in any discipline.
- Students who are waiting for grade 11 and grade 12 results can also apply. However, they have to submit passed certificate of grade 11 and 12 at the time of admission.
Documents Needed to Complete the CMAT Form
- Marksheets for Grade 10,11 and 12
- Character Certificate of Grade 10
- Passport-size photo
- Rs. 1000 in cash or online (included in Thames CMAT Classes course fee).
Thames International College also offers CMAT classes and Free Mock Tests. Paper-Based Mock Tests are conducted every Sunday. You can also take online mock tests as per your convenience.
