Hello Thameians,

Greetings! My name is Rohit Aryal, and I am honored to serve as the President of The Management Club at Thames International College for the term 2024–2025. My journey with the club began in 2022, when I joined as a member, eager to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of taking on leadership roles, and now, as President, I’m excited to continue driving the club’s mission to inspire innovation, leadership, and collaboration within our college community. The Management Club has always been a space for aspiring leaders to grow beyond the classroom. Our mission is to create opportunities for personal and professional development through events, workshops, and collaborative initiatives. One of our key initiatives is Biz Bazaar, a bi-monthly event where students showcase their startups and businesses. It’s been amazing to see the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of our peers shine through at each event, and we look forward to continuing this tradition. This year, we also have some exciting new ideas in the works, which we can’t wait to share soon. While I can't reveal all the details just yet, we are focused on introducing fresh events that will create even more opportunities for learning, growth, and connection within our college community. As President, my vision is to empower every member of the club to unleash their potential, contribute meaningfully, and take ownership of our collective journey. Leadership, after all, is not just about guiding others but about inspiring them to lead in their unique ways. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our faculty mentors, the executive committee, and every member of The Management Club for their continued dedication and support.
