The transformative journey of critical thinking, self-discovery, and holistic growth is about to officially begin for our incoming freshmen class during the upcoming First-Year Orientation. Carefully structured to welcome our newest cohorts into the unique campus culture, this orientation acts as the formal gateway to the mandatory Zero-Semester framework. Over the course of the week, new students will navigate interactive college activities, meet their primary faculty mentors, and participate in introductory sessions. Crucially, the collaborative sessions hosted by the Heart and Mind Hub alongside the Thames Writing Center will introduce the fundamental concepts of college as a supportive, intellectually safe space. All newly admitted students should thoroughly review their physical admission packs to confirm their specific orientation cohort schedules and other details.
