Read Against the Machine: Subversive Histories for Collective Liberation is designed around the works by artists from the Global South at PhotoKTM6, and will try to understand what it means to be in solidarity with each other at this time and space.
It will explore important questions on imperialism, resistance and internationalist solidarity through history, the present and an imagined future. This workshop attempts to investigate why anti-imperialist politics are as important in our context as it was ever before.
Participants are encouraged to join in the workshop in order to learn, read and discuss ideas around global solidarity, anti-imperialism and decolonialism.
