On August 15, the School of Business and Management (SoBM) organized an industrial visit to Nebico Pvt. Ltd. The visit provided students with an invaluable opportunity to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical industry experience.
During the visit, students observed the production process, gaining insights into how raw materials are transformed into final products. They also learned about the company’s quality control measures, hygiene standards, and the use of modern machinery in ensuring consistency and efficiency. They also had a closer look at organizational culture and management practices within the factory. Students explored how various departments like operations, supply chain management, human resources, finance, and marketing work together to sustain the company’s performance.
Students engaged in discussions about Nebico’s market strategies, distribution channels, and its role in maintaining competitiveness within Nepal’s fast-moving consumer goods sector.
