Visit to TATA Motors (Sipradi): Bridging Theory with Practice

On August 12, the School of Business and Management (SoBM) organized a visit to TATA Motors(Sipradi). Students interacted with the Chief Training manager at the company. He gave a thorough tour inside the company while explaining about the workplace culture, office setting, the operational structure and gained practical understanding of strategic market approaches.

Students got an idea on how the company faces challenges and still withstands the competitive market while ensuring customer satisfaction. They got familiar with HR perspectives, career perspectives, concept of incentives while exploring the internship and career opportunities. 

The visit offered a valuable opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world business practices, deepening their knowledge of organizational dynamics and customer-focused strategies.
