Simran Shrestha is a dynamic professional with diverse experience in human resources, operations, merchandising, networking. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Thames International College, she has worked as an HR professional at Sara Group, an Operations Coordinator at Ralycos Nepal, and a Merchandiser at Daraz. Currently working as the coordinator of the Career Development Center, overseeing professional growth initiatives, career counseling, and networking opportunities to equip students with the skills and resources needed for their future careers.

Apart from that, she has a deep passion of meeting new people, learning from their experiences, understanding different perspectives, and exploring diverse cultures. She is committed to growing her skills and making meaningful contributions wherever she goes.
