On 10th August 2026, the Hot Seat Challenge was organized as an engaging activity focused on confidence, quick thinking, communication skills, and performing under pressure.
The challenge placed participants in the hot seat, where they faced two interviewers and responded to a range of general, critical, scenario-based, and rapid-fire questions. With one participant in the hot seat at a time, the interview-style format encouraged them to think on their feet, communicate their ideas clearly, and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
The session was judged by Melisha Sharma, a prominent HR Consultant, and Aakrashan Maharjan, from Cimex Incorporation Private Limited. Their evaluation focused not simply on having the “right” answers, but on how confidently and effectively participants approached each question and situation.
The Hot Seat Challenge offered participants a practical opportunity to test their communication and decision-making skills in a high-pressure setting. More than finding perfect answers, the activity encouraged students to stay composed, think quickly, and express their ideas with confidence—skills that are valuable both in the workplace and beyond.
