On August 21, School of Business and Management went for an industrial visit to Yak Brewing Company Pvt. Ltd., a renowned beer manufacturer located in Kurintar, Chitwan. This educational tour was designed to connect classroom knowledge with real-world practices in the beverage industry.
The visit provided students with in-depth exposure to the brewing process, the machinery and technology involved in production, and the quality control measures essential to ensuring product excellence. It offered a rare opportunity for students to observe how theoretical concepts in operations, supply chain, and business management are applied in an actual industrial setting. A major learning highlight of the visit was the company’s sustainability initiatives.
