March 12, 2025 – The Thames Management Club successfully organized the Budget Simulation Workshop, led by CA Rashmi Dahal, providing students with hands-on experience in financial planning and event budgeting. The workshop was open to students from all faculties, equipping them with essential budgeting and sponsorship negotiation skills.
Participants worked in teams to develop event plans, estimate budgets, and pitch for sponsorships, simulating real-world financial decision-making. This interactive approach enhanced students' cost estimation, teamwork, and presentation abilities, preparing them for practical challenges in event management.
By the end of the session, students had not only refined their budgeting expertise but also gained confidence in financial planning and strategic communication.
