To discuss the sensitive topic of the cyber security, Thames IT Club organized a cyber security session on 2nd March, 2020, for the students of BIM and BCA with Mr. Sachin Jung Karki, Chief Information Security Officer at NexLogiQ was invited to speak on the topic and give knowledge on possible threats from usage of the internet without proper security and preventive measures on cyber security threats.
Mr. Sachin Jung Karki is the Cyber Security trainer and Critical ICT Infrastructure Consultant with the knowledge and experience of 14+ years. Nepal is progressing in Cyber Security and he is one of the top contributors. In this journey he got Microsoft certified Learning Consultant and has certifications like MCSE, MCSE Security, MCSA, MCSA Security, MCTS and CEH version 6/8/9 and CEI from EC-Council. He has taught EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) to 1000+ students till date and the journey is still going on. He worked as a consultant for Smart City Cyber Security and Cyber Security Framework development of Nepal Government.
